Australia Hates Fags

We pride ourselves on being a tolerant nation, open to many beliefs and ways of life. We don’t discriminate towards anyone. Hell, we even have a woman leader, a notion unthinkable in many other nations. That’s how we appear on the outside anyway. What a lot of the world doesn’t see or hear about is the intense hatred we have for anyone that is different from us. They don’t see the race riots at Cronulla. They don’t see the gay bashing in Northbridge. They don’t see any of the mean shit that we do to those poor souls arriving in Australia looking for a safe new beginning.

But you know, I’m not really interested in what has happened in the past. I want to talk about something planned to go into effect next year, the Australia wide internet filter. Our government, elected by the people, for the people, have plans to censor what we are allowed access to. Sure, this filter will block our access to child pornography and bestiality, that’s all well and good, but get this. They also plan to ban our access to all homosexual porn. That is discrimination, plain and simple. By adding this clause to the proposal, our government has alienated an entire group of peoples. It’s like saying that the gays are a less important people. Straight individuals are able to view pornography relevant to their interests just fine, but if a gay man wants to, no, that’s impossible now.

That is wrong people. For our great country to be this blatantly discriminatory towards a group of people like this is extremely wrong. For us to say that homosexual love is in the same ilk as child or interspecies love, and as such should be made illegal to view, is to spit on a way of life we have long been shown to abide by, even to support.

Peace.
